Ever wondered what it might be worth?

Dreweatts specialists cover all sectors of the fine art and antiques market. Our team will be on hand at St. Mary's Church, Andover to give auction valuations on items including jewellery, silver, watches, pictures, European ceramics and decorative arts and Asian works of art as well as country sporting items, militaria and ephemera.

Bring along your small items and/or photos of larger items to show the valuation team!

Will Richards (pictured above)

Will is the Deputy Chairman of Dreweatts and based at their Donnington Priory salerooms in Newbury.  Having started his career 20 years ago in Hampshire and Wiltshire with Phillips Auctioneers, Will is back on familiar ground.  In the intervening years, Will was a Director in London and the South East for Phillips and Bonhams before joining Dreweatts four years ago.  Will advises clients on managing private collections and is an English furniture specialist.

James Nicholson DFA, DGA

James Nicholson graduated from the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies, London University in 1989 after reading Eastern European History. He began his jewellery career as a management trainee with Mappin and Webb, and became a jewellery specialist with Bonhams in 1991, where he gained his fellowship of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain and his diamond grading qualifications.

After five years as senior jewellery specialist at Bonhams, James ran his own jewellery dealing business and then joined Dreweatts in 2005 as head of the South East Jewellery department. One of James's initial discoveries for Dreweatts was an Imperial gold and diamond Faberge presentation box, which he found whilst on a trip to Edinburgh.

James is now International Head of Dreweatts and Bloomsbury Jewellery, Silver and Watches department.

Geoffrey Stafford Charles MRICS

Geoffrey’s primary area of specialisation is European Ceramics and Glass, as well as Country Sporting items.  He has been at Dreweatts since 2000, before which he worked at Christie's South Kensington.
